  1. Areas We Ship To
  2. Shipping is valid in the contiguous US. We do not ship to Canada or internationally at this time.

  3. Shipping Costs
  4. Shipping costs are determined by the destination of a customer’s order.

  5. Qualifying for Free Shipping
  6. We provide free shipping for qualifying purchases. Purchases greater than $49, before any additional fees, are shipped for free.

    Shipping for Wholesale orders is calculated separately and will be done so in the checkout process.

  7. Our Processing Time
  8. All orders that Jaybee’s Nuts receive on a business day will be processed within 24 hours. We will verify the order, perform quality checks, and package the products for shipping. If an order is placed after business hours, it will be processed the next opening business day. Our business hours are as follows:

    M – Th: 9am – 5pm
    F: 9am – 12pm

  9. Our Shipping Time
  10. Shipping time refers to the time period taken for the order to be shipped to the destination from our warehouse. Domestic orders are shipped by either the US Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS). This is usually a period of 2 to 4 days but depending on varying circumstances, the shipping time may take longer.
