Return Policy

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee
  2. Jaybee’s Nuts proudly offers the best quality products to our customers. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order or have any issues with the product, please contact us at support@jaybeesnuts.com within 30 days after your purchase date and we will refund you.

  3. Return Policy
  4. We accept returns 30 days from the calendar date in which the product was purchased. In order to initiate a return please send an email to support@jaybeesnuts.com which describes the reason for your return.

    Once initiated, we will provide a return label via email and pay for return shipping. Items must be sent back within a week of receiving the return label.

    There is no restocking fee associated with returns.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds Before Original Order is Shipped
  2. Prior to an order shipment, you can request to cancel your order by emailing support@jaybeesnuts.com. Simply let us know your order number and, once contacted, you will receive a refund within 7 business days on the original payment method used for the purchase.

  3. Refunds After Return is Received
  4. Once we receive the returned items, you will receive a full refund, including the initial shipping costs, within 7 business days on the original payment method used for the purchase.
